Refunds and Returns Policy

Please note shoes with style are not responsible if the customer purchase shoes that do not fit their feet correctly

All styles vary  in size according to last and sizes, we strongly advise to check your size and compare to the conversion chart before ordering.

Also please note. We take great care in photographing the shoes but there will be some slight colour variation with  some colours in comparison to the photo on the website and the actual product colour

Refunds will be credited to the same method  used for payment of goods .

Exchange Policy

YOU MAY EXCHANGE YOU PURCHASE FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR STYLE (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)

If you intend to exchange please email  info@shoeswithstyle.com.au as soon as possible with the style ,size and colour you wish to exchange it for.

Then place the shoes in a post pak unworn and in original packaging and return to Shoes with style P.o box 287 Monbulk Victoria 3793

When returning goods please use a reliable method of postage as Shoes with style are not responsible for goods that go missing or become damaged in transit.

The customer is responsible for all postage costs back tour warehouse when returning an item for exchange , all customers must include a pre paid satchel for Shoes with style to return the  replacement pair.

Exchanged items will only be despatched on receipt of the returned pair.

Faulty goods

You may return faulty items purchased on-line for a refund or exchange with proof of purchase – receipt or credit card statement.
If you intend to return a faulty item, please notify info@shoeswithstyle.com.au for advice before returning the item.

Goods received will be inspected for manufacturing faults.

Please also note that items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. The customer will be notified and the goods returned to them at their own expense.
Refunds for goods deemed faulty, including any postage you paid to receive the goods, will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the goods.

If the goods you receive are not what you ordered please notify info@shoeswithstyle.com.au as soon as possible so we can put things right. A “reply paid” address is available.
